Couldn’t agree more , often lighting control / solutions are just set up during the day and as long as it turns on and off it’s deemed done ….. if the programmers are not working with the stakeholders in the evening to make sure all scenes and configurations are to the desired effect, you only really getting 50% of what you paid for. Lighting control should always be more than just an expensive light switch.
