? Almost back from Slush 2024 ???? – here are my key takeaways from two inspiring days: 1?? There is no single formula for a successful founder. Listening to founders from companies like Slack, Vinted, Revolut, and Twitch was a masterclass in diversity of thought. Each had their own convictions about running businesses and making decisions – no one-size-fits-all approach. 2?? Find the one customer who says, “This product changed my life.” Dig deep into why your product resonates so profoundly with them and learn how to replicate that magic for others. 3?? Simplicity is everything. Adding a new feature might make one customer happier, but it can subtly complicate the experience for everyone else. Always weigh the tangible wins against the intangible trade-offs. ?? A round of applause for the SLUSH team. From seamless organization (no lines except for coffee at the Italian booth!), to bold design concepts, to the perfect time-keeping (talks starting at quirky times like 10:49 – and still on schedule!) – this event was a benchmark in excellence.
