This involves both optimization at the micro level of current processes and development of new processes.Proactively identify future products or integrations and ensure technical readiness for seamless execution. This includes both business and internal products.Key Responsibilities:Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their day-to-day activities(both macro & micro) and identify apparent and hidden inefficiencies or manual/repetitive tasks both technical and non-technical. Solution Design: Design, develop, implement tech tools or systems to optimize internal processes (e.g., replacing manual Excel workflows with automated solutions) both new and existing. Monitoring & Iteration: Continuously monitor the performance of implemented tools and gather feedback to enhance functionality both at macro and micro level.Training & Support: Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of tools and best practices.Business Technical Readiness: Anticipate business requirements (e.g., potential integrations like FD products) and proactively build the technical infrastructure to reduce time-to-market (TAT) for new launches.Industry & competitor technical analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, business growth and competitor products to identify growth opportunities and be prepared to integrate seamlessly when & if required.Engineering collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with external dependencies.Ideal Project/Scenarios:The creation of the ticket system for internal tracking and dashboards on no code/low code platforms was driven by the need to address ineffic
