This involves both optimization at the micro level of current processes and development of new processes.Proactively identify future products or integrations and ensure technical readiness for seamless execution. This includes both business and internal products.Key Responsibilities:Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their day-to-day activities(both macro & micro) and identify apparent and hidden inefficiencies or manual/repetitive tasks both technical and non-technical. Solution Design: Design, develop, implement tech tools or systems to optimize internal processes (e.g., replacing manual Excel workflows with automated solutions) both new and existing.
