What do you think were the major takeaways from Asembia in 2023? ?? ?? ?? ?? A whole lot of them but here is what I found interesting from a Macro Perspective: ?? Two major segments are beginning to form: The vertically integrated payer and the Health System Conglomerate ?? What is your product solving for? Value based care mindset!!! is starting to gain traction but "spend to save" strategy is being questioned more often ?? Employer based strategies will be relevant but for drugs that need a larger reach, the rare disease area is still a niche but starting to get tracked. ?? CGT still poses a huge challenge and the need for targeted value propositions is increasing (no longer is the payer audience accepting a standard Payer Value Proposition) ?? IRA: Just interesting to see that the manufacturers who are not impacted by the negotiations feel that they dont need to prepare for collateral impact. These are just a few, but please feel free to comment on what you feel is an important trend....
