As this year comes to a close, on behalf of Early Career Researchers Association (ECRA), I extend my warmest wishes to everyone for a joyful and restful holiday season. This year has been filled with growth, challenges and incredible achievements. I am proud to see how far ECRA has come from an idea to a sustainable organization within INL focused on the success of early-career researchers. ??
