I’ve slept in parking lots, under sheds, and had sleepless nights just to ensure Hexaview Technologies Inc. doesn’t go bankrupt, it was 2013, we took on a project that would define us. In 2013-14, we were just a small company, yet we took on a project most wouldn’t dare. It was a government project for the largest state in India with over 240 million people and 75 districts. It was meant for the big players. But we stepped in, determined to prove ourselves. ?? The task? To digitize 30 million vehicle and driving license records that had been manually maintained for over a decade. We got the project in 35 districts and I personally went to each one and set up temporary offices. Some places were so underdeveloped, there weren’t even hotels. I’ve slept in parking lots, under sheds—anywhere I could find a spot. It was tough, exhausting, and sometimes overwhelming. But this wasn’t just about completing a project. It was about the bigger goal of modernizing a system that served millions. ?? How Hexaview Technologies Inc. became a part of the bigger league after this project? We were given 4 years. We finished it in 2.5. With nearly 100% data accuracy. We completed it faster and with more precision than anyone expected. This project was a turning point for us. We weren’t just a small company anymore—we had proven our worth by contributing to the growth of our nation. Even though margins were low, the impact was enormous. We transformed how a state of 240 million operates, and that’s something I’ll always carry with pride. That sense of purpose still drives us today. ?? The lesson? True growth happens when you’re willing to go beyond comfort, beyond profits, and put everything on the line for something that matters.
