And get started. Welcome to Gatlinburg 2025. Welcome. Alright, my show hands that this is your first time on the trip. Raise your hand real high. Let's see all the new hands. Let's go. Good. Very excited to have to have this week together to grow. We'll get into a whole bunch of different stuff upstairs and all the different sessions, but just wanted to kick off and say that we're excited, but we don't. We love to share what's going on with TD Roof and Restoration and how we're growing and what we do to grow. And this is a big deal. You're going to have a lot of fun as well. Very, very excited for that. We've got a couple of you guys joining us. We got Tim back here in the corner, you guys, I think. At all. And then we've got Ryan starting with us as well. And I think everybody else you guys know, but these guys literally their, their first day with the company is today. And so that's a, as you can imagine, probably a bit of a stressful thing walking into a cabin full at 24 dudes wondering what the heck is going on. You've heard some rumblings about delicious delicacies that are shared and things of that nature. So I'm I'm sure things can be kind of wrecked. Please make sure that these guys feel welcome, get to know them. That's a big part of what this weekend is about as strengthening our relationships. Together as a team and as individuals. So very, very excited for that. Let me give those over to your complaint. Yeah, I'm super excited for this guys. You know, I always look forward to this, but this weekend is, I say weekend. I'll never stop saying, you know, it's technically the week, but this time is about growth and and like he said, working on ourselves and and building our bonds with each other. But this weekend is what we get out of it, right? So like all of this information the team has worked extremely hard to put together to make you guys better. I know your jobs to make you guys more money, to give you guys more opportunities. And so while we're here. Like, we're gonna have fun, we're gonna do cool stuff. You know, my team, if you're on my team, we're gonna win kickball. It's guaranteed. It's on the books. So you know, so there, there are guarantees in life. But the thing that's not guaranteed is what you guys do with this information when you leave here, right? It's only as good as what you do. So when we leave here, not like, OK, cool, that was cool time. I enjoyed it. Let's go right back to doing exactly what we do every single day because that's not how we improve. That's not how we get better, right? And unless everybody in here could say I'm extremely happy with where I'm at and it could not get any better. I don't want any more money. I don't want any more sales. I don't want anything better than in my life than this is stuff that is going to. Does anybody feel that way? We've got a special room for you if you do not here. So seriously guys like. Championship teams, they go out, they practice and they drill and they get better and they execute when it's muscle memory. And that's what we're going to be going through is training, training and drilling on these things. But you guys have to go back and execute on it. So just keep that in mind while we're doing this stuff. Know that these are things that we're working on to make you guys better, right? With the better you guys do, the better we do the poor stuff that we guys we can do for you guys as a whole. So just go into this work really hard while we're doing stuff. And then we'll have fun on the down times. Cool. Yeah. Right away oht 6 tacos. OK, let's do it. Result. Yeah. I'll tell you what it's doing. This office we got a couple of you guys are coming.
