We have two pretty niche positions we are looking to fill and are hoping to wrap up interviews in the next week or so. The two positions we have available are: 1. ADHD Therapist- we are launching an ADHD treatment pathway in August and are looking for someone who is passionate about working with neuro-diverse clients and their parents. This position would be working with kiddos ages 6-18 and their parents using a specific treatment regimen that training will be provided for. 2. Teen Therapist- we are looking for someone who loves working with tweens and teens as their primary caseload. This person would have experience in engaging this population and the nuances that come with it. So if you have RIZZ, this is the position for you (insert eye roll at me, yes, I know). Not sure about private practice or want some more info before you spend time applying? We invite you to watch a brief video about our practice here:?https://lnkd.in/gApXCC-e If you find that aligns with what you are looking for, please complete an internal application here: https://lnkd.in/gD4revTd

What are the potential family processes mediators of child behavioral problems and parental adjustment? Our results showed that family economic pressures, marital conflict, and parent-child conflict mediated the association between child behavioral problems and parental depression. On the other hand, child behavioral problems were positively related to parental depression and negatively to parental life satisfaction. Our findings highlighted the importance of considering multiple family processes in understanding the relationship between child characteristics and parental well-being among families with children with special educational needs. Supporting fathers and mothers may also reduce children’s misbehaviors, manage financial hardship, and deal with family conflict.
