To address this, GLORIA - GEZONDHEIDSMONITOR was launched as Belgium’s first large-scale population study. The study aims to explore the interplay between the genome and exposome in age-related health outcomes by following 20,000 participants aged 45+ over 20 years, started in 2024. The inclusion of RNA analysis is a pivotal advancement for GLORIA – GEZONDHEIDSMONITOR. It enables molecular-level insights that are essential to unraveling the mechanisms behind healthy aging. ? ??Excited to Share Our Latest Publication on hATTR Study (TRAM)! ?? I'm thrilled to announce the release of our latest research findings in the hATTR TRAM study, which is now published in the Journal of Clinical Medicine. This study marks an important step forward in understanding hereditary transthyretin-related amyloidosis (hATTR), as we present baseline data from the first 3,167 participants in the TRAMmoniTTR study. Our research provides key insights into the clinical and genetic characteristics of patients with suspected hATTR, aiming to improve the diagnosis and management of this rare and challenging condition. ??
