They are committed to sustainability and are actively seeking a new Associate Director - Sustainability to develop and execute their new ESG framework over the next 12 months. Your new role You will be a self-starter with a practical approach to business improvement that focusses on adding value to the business. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following, across three broad phases of work to develop and execute an ESG framework: Discovery phase: ? Identify current and future scope of disclosure requirements and standards applicable to the company ? Provide a report on the impact on the company's strategic objectives, business processes, system and financials, and climate-related risks and opportunities and forecast effect on the company's cash flows, its access to finance or cost of capital over the short, medium or long term. ? Map data requirements (including gap analysis of current systems) to evaluate data to measure, monitor, and manage key sustainability and climate-related risks and opportunities (including appropriate assurance on their accuracy and reliability).
