THRIVING Thursday: As we approach the holidays, women often ask how do you begin to heal after a break up. Here are a few tips: 1. Reflect on the relationship. What happened and why. Your behavior patterns. What you/they did that hurt you and made you happy. What you did for them to please them vs what was just you. 2. Focus on you! Your health and mental wellbeing. 3. Go to therapy, find a hobby 4. Explore new things, discover you, your dreams and goals 5. Implement a plan to reach your goals 6. Let go of the past, focus on what you need to be happy NOW.
