Today marks International Women’s Day ?? In celebration of this we all got together to watch a global panel discussion hosted by our US colleagues, with input from employees across the globe. Some thought provoking discussions around how we can support our female colleagues and below are some of my key takeaways… ????Embrace your female colleagues and support them as if they are your sisters, not your competition ?? Give recognition where it’s deserved ?? If you witness scenarios where valid thoughts/ideas from your female colleagues are brushed off or ignored, speak up ?????? Recognise that women have many other challenges outside of work - be that health, caring for family members or financial - simply being a friend that listens and showing empathy/support can mean a lot

Ever wonder why solopreneurs sometimes feel under-confident on sales calls? Here are some common observations: 1. Lack of Experience: New to sales or entrepreneurship? Limited experience can lead to a lack of confidence. It’s also because many people don’t have enough discovery calls that brings the right experience. 2. Fear of Rejection: No one likes rejection! Solopreneurs may fear negative feedback from potential clients. But, do you know handling objections can be learned with emotions. 3. Self-Doubt: Doubting your abilities or the value of your products/services? It happens to the best of us. Entrepreneurs feel they might come across PUSHY! 4. Limited Support: Without a team or mentorship network, solopreneurs may feel isolated and unsure leading to inconsistency 5. Perceived Lack of Authority: Feeling less credible without the backing of a larger company? You're not alone but confidence is the key!
