Ask your heart! Will Rahul Baba be the PM of India? Without any doubt it will say No! It is because long gone are the days where you win by privilege. The standards are raised so high. Do you remember Gandhi family and Congress members on ground meeting common people in old days? No right! But Modi Ji has forced these once elite people to get on ground and be with common people. Congress leaders are on ground but they don't know what do with the people, what questions to ask, how to bridge alliances and how to mark an impact. It is not simply because we do not like Congress. It is because Congress leadership of today doesn't have the capability to lead the nation.

Congratulations, you have been awarded Person of the Year. Yes, you! You should not be surprised. I know this is the season some of the most coveted awards, including the Employee of theYear Award, are announced. Some professionals get carried away by this. First and foremost, you are a professional because of your practice and not the awards you may receive. Not being selected for an award should not affect your committment and craftsmanship. Again, the presence of entrepreneurs seeking to profit from our need for recognition and validation does not diminish the utility and credibility of awards such as TIME Person of the Year, The Nobel Prize , CIMG Ghana Awards, Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, and the ones you can create for yourself.
