Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys: Under The Covers As previously mentioned, all Journey Power Automates (CXP_) commence with the “Register webhook trigger” action. I have not identified a universal term for Journey Power Automates (CXP_), so I will refer to them as 'JAG'?moving forward. I perceive these Power Automates as the “Heavy Truck” of Power Automates, capable of overcoming any obstacle. The term “juggernaut” aptly describes this, but it is too lengthy. Hence, JAG is derived from the Hindi word ‘Jagannath’ and ‘jagati’, meaning ‘he goes’. The JAG initiates with the “Register webhook trigger” action, followed by these actions: Main Line: PerformRunIdempotency Emit EntryProcessed (success path) IdempotencyTermination (on failure) Secondary Line: WaitForJourneyCancellation UpdateJourneyInstance JourneyCancelled Terminate JourneyCancelled The JAG concludes with: UpdateJourneyInstance AllStepsCompleted Terminate AllStepsCompleted Importance of ‘Emit EntryProcessed’ The ‘Emit EntryProcessed’ action is crucial.
