The Women Helping Women Peer Mentoring program is one of my favorite programs that SPW produces. It's where I have the tremendous honor of witnessing the impact that SPW provides live and in action. We are entrusted with the deep personal accounts of what our mentees are experiencing, and get to share in their challenges and successes. We get to celebrate the raise they asked for and received. We get to celebrate promotions, baby announcements, home purchases, and many personal and professional goals being achieved. Sometimes, we are there for the hard times too.
