Project: Saint Marks Place, Brooklyn, New York Architect: INC Architecture and Design / Issac & Stern Architects Ceramic facade: KeraTwin by AGROB BUCHTAL ??: Matthew Miller / Cladding Concepts Clarity and simplicity in materiality led INC to choose a full terra-cotta facade for this building in Brooklyn which contains 100 condos across twelve floors and ground-floor retail space. It features over 8,000 ceramic panels, custom-manufactured by AGROB BUCHTAL. Their slightly off-white color helps lighten the building's bulk, explains INC's Creative Director Adam Rolston.
