4 个月When a professional appointment for an interview is scheduled with nk vod, it is QUITE UNEXPECTED that individual] provide irrelevant information about themselves and their relationships. It is disheartening and highly unprofessional when this expectation is not met.?I heard (it's recorded) his conversation with another individual about his personal relationship which was not discussed as a matter of our meetingl. Despite this disappointment, I decided to give this individual a second chance by rescheduling the appointment, giving them an additional opportunity to respond. However, the lack of any response within 20 minutes further emphasizes the individual's lack of commitment and responsibility.? It becomes evident that this person may not possess the qualities necessary to be a leader or hold a prominent position within a company. Such a lack of reliability and accountability can lead to the failure and downfall of a company if entrusted with a significant role. If this individual is any representation of this start-up, run. And run quickly. Or perhaps the individuals did not understand his behaviour. Either way, very questionable.
