There are many forms of funding. Knowing what's possible, and knowing what one dreams of having in a community, are key to putting together a series of projects that can interconnect the resources into a Gestalt improvement to civic infrastructure. Coordinated as a portfolio by a program management approach, could can lead to outcomes the funding seeks to accomplish, and the realization of dreamed of benefits for a community. It's great there is a list of federal funding. What about State funding? Where can one find those lists? Also, who is putting together the list of programs and intentions for private funding, both for profit and philanthropic grants? It will take concentrated efforts to systematically coordinate inter-organizationally all the networks of those in need, and those seeking to offer resources to make better places for people to inhabit. Who might play a convening role to assemble the programs to help places be able to create projects and seek the funding to do good for their communities? Might it be a Network Coordinating Organization (NCO) to form such an action taking SCION (Hage, 2024)?
