The accomplishments of the North America Sales team are truly noteworthy: 1. **Established a Strong Presence in the SLED/K12 Market:** We successfully planted our flag in the State, Local Government, Education (SLED), and K-12 markets, securing a solid foundation for future growth. 2. **Strategically Assembled a Dynamic Sales Team:** Our meticulously chosen account executives and sales development teams implemented winning strategies, catapulting us to new heights. The specific strategies employed and the talented individuals behind these selections have been pivotal. 3. **Forged Key Partnerships and Cooperative Agreements:** We inked significant partnerships, such as with Carahsoft, and strategically positioned LUMU in multiple cooperative agreements like NASPO and Omnia, fortifying our market position. 4. **Became Trusted Advisors with Compelling Success Stories:** Our team's dedication translated into becoming trusted advisors for numerous customers, resulting in compelling video success stories that showcase LUMU's positive impact. 5. **Secured Leading Positions in Network Analysis and Visibility:** Through the acquisition of outstanding customers, we not only expanded our clientele but also earned recognition as a leader in the Forrester Wave network analysis and visibility.
