We had a custom litho run from you for some booklets. Heavy solid on uncoated stock cover. (300gsm/160gsm). You thought that the heavy dark blue solid on the cover might scuff on the booklet maker, so you took the time to add an 80gsm cover sheet over the 300gsm, completed the books and then tore the cover sheets off to pack and send. Marcus rang us, told us the plan, and asked if we minded the delay it would cause. This is service with extra jam on!!
