?? Reflecting on my time at the 2024 TLCC Conference in Washington, D.C. ?? ? This year marked my first time attending the Tessitura Learning & Community Conference (TLCC), and it exceeded all expectations. The event was a fantastic blend of inspiration, innovation, and invaluable networking. ? One of the standout moments was the technology keynote, where Tessitura shared their exciting roadmap towards becoming fully cloud-based. They're moving away from the Citrix layer, embracing containerization, and upgrading key systems to offer us more robust infrastructure resources and throughput. These steps are pivotal in ensuring that Tessitura remains at the forefront of technology in our industry. ? Another highlight was their proof of concept in collaboration with AWS on GenAI. Embedding a Large Language Model (LLM) directly into Tessitura opens up a world of possibilities, allowing us to sift through data and generate insights faster than ever before. This is the kind of forward-thinking innovation that will drive our industry forward. ? It was also a pleasure to catch up with fellow members of CIOarts, Inc. and reconnect with the team at Double Eagle Consulting A special shoutout to my colleague, Tiffin Feltner, our Ticketing Director, with whom I had the honor of leading a session on Revolutionizing Patron Experience. We shared the journey Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP have been on over the last two years, highlighting our key wins and giving due credit to Tessitura, The Virtual Wild and True Tickets for their incredible support in getting us where we are today. ? As I return home, I do so with a renewed vision and a toolkit full of strategies that will help propel our organization into the future. In our recent efforts, we have built an internal continuous testing platform to evaluate all the latest changes introduced in the OpenAirInterface(OAI) software stack, including RAN, Core, and RIC. In this demo, we will showcase one of the test scenarios: the end-to-end deployment of the OAI 5G network, highlighting the RAN KPIs exposed via an xAPP connected to the OAI Near-RT RIC. In this scenario, we will use the Benetel 650 n78 O-RU, with a 40MHz bandwidth, multi-pattern TDD configuration (DDDSUUDDDD), and 4x4 antenna configuration (2 Layer Downlink and 1 layer Uplink). The OAI-DU is deployed on a Red Hat Single Node OpenShift cluster (edge), while the OAI-Core Network, CU-CP, CU-UP, OAI-RIC, and xApps run on a central Red Hat OpenShift cluster. The xAPPs' KPIs are displayed on the Grafana dashboard. The two clusters and all the network functions are deployed and managed using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) and Argo CD. #MWCLasVegas #MWC2024
