My opinion: it would suck. Outsourced auditing is great because they can just thrive on objectivity and nothing else. But if you replace my #HR friends here? Ho Ho Ho How the house of cards will crumble. Sure, you can get rid of “favouritism” and hire based on merits. And you know what else will be gone? The human element. HR hire based on cultural fit, nuances the company needs, and frankly, whether the vibe checks out. An outsider hiring will not know these things. And there lies the fallacy. Hiring is a process, and anyone can be trained to follow a recipe. But not just anyone can add the dash of flavour that your company culture is known for. #brunei #humanresources #humanresource #hiring
