This public private partnership, the initiative to form blue spots for newer ship, piloted a program where it provided $200,000 to folks who were interested in starting a fund. Within one month they had 150 applications because it's expensive to start a fund. And so just on July 1st, we took over that project. And a part of some of the things that we're piloting with them and figure out what we're going to do next is around this idea of working capital that even if you start a fund, even if you've raised capital, even if you are. One more I've made it kind of over that first hump. It's still expensive to run a fund.
