I've been asked the same question quite frequently of late. And it's spurred me on to write a little more on what we do. ? ‘What separates you from other Facilities Management companies?’ ? The feedback I get from managers I've worked with, has always been that Facilities Management companies are great for facilitating lots of work, but with a hefty premium. From my time as a building manager and engineer, I struggle to disagree or argue that point! ?
