5 天前The award ceremony at ICMI's Contact Center Expo is always a great event. It's so much fun to see individuals and teams celebrate their recognition. The picture above is a great example. Jim Tincher, CCXP has been an amazing contributor to the contact center industry and it was fantastic to see him win the lifetime achievement award last year. PS. Was this on a Friday? Because Friday is Hawaiian shirt day. So go ahead and wear a Hawaiian shirt if you'd like.
