Have paid my credit card bill on time while icici bank charges as late fee very poor bank

Loan Sanction amount 4643100/- rs These loans were totally fraud and cheating with gurentore. The Gurentore person had no knowledge about this loan. They make duplicate mail id also. No single verification by bank employees and credit manager. Till date not any solution given by bank. Every time thay send mail change only date.

Dear sir, My complaint is not yet resolved by your bank regarding the fraud transactions related. I am chasing ICICI bank since aug and now bank has closed my complaint without any resolution. I am very fed up with the worst service of ICICI Bank and will never suggest anyone. Complaint numbers below for your reference.
