Better pockets Every coat needs better pockets. There are categories of products or services where there’s a universal area for improvement. When in doubt, make the pockets better. The interesting work is in realizing that you might offer a product or service where there are non-universal preferences. Areas where improvement isn’t valued. The Birkin (https://bit.ly/3zhkRJU) bag is not a good value or particularly functional. That’s okay, that’s part of the appeal. A wealthy merchant was suffering from a terrible headache for over a week, despite trying all sorts of medications. Frustrated, he visited a mystic, hoping for relief. The mystic, after meditating deeply, told the merchant, "If you want to get rid of your headache, make sure everything you see is green. In three days, your headache will be gone!" Excited by the advice, the merchant went all out—painting his entire mansion green. Walls, furniture, clothes, even his poor servants were all painted green! A few days later, the mystic decided to visit the merchant. He was shocked to see everything in shades of green and couldn’t help but laugh. The merchant proudly said, “Master, I did exactly what you said!
