CEO and Founder, Iced Media and Haut Drops

Four years ago when Iced Media began advertising on TikTok, Maliq Hill?was a Brand Partnerships Manager and our first contact at the fledgling platform. In that time he’s risen to Head of Industry, Beauty and has remained one of our most supportive partners on this journey to become a TikTok for Business Marketing Partner and TikTok Shop Partner. Sochima Mbadugha, VP Strategy at Topicals, is a new partner and one of the earliest champions of our latest venture, Haut Drops. It was a dream to speak at my first Glossy Beauty and Wellness Summit with these brilliant and talented marketers and friends who have been champions of my ideas and my career. How did I get so lucky? We spoke about the future of TikTok Shop as a business accelerator with unlimited potential for real sales growth. This is such an inspiring post! It’s incredible to see the growth of TikTok as a platform, especially with how it’s driving real sales growth for brands through TikTok Shop.
