As a firm believer in the transformative power of AI, I agree that visionary leadership is key to unlocking its full potential. However, I also believe that AI is not a one-size-fits-all solution and must be tailored to each organization's unique needs and objectives. This requires a deep understanding of the business and technical landscape, as well as a willingness to experiment and iterate. Additionally, I think it's important to recognize that AI is not a silver bullet and must be integrated with other technologies and processes to drive real business value. Ultimately, success in AI requires a holistic approach that balances technology, people, and processes.

We are looking forward to continue the conversation with Wendy Salomon from The Harris Poll, and Matthew Herr and Manish Goyal from IBM to discover what sets top #AI leaders apart?in our LinkedIn live on 11/20: https://ibm.biz/Bda98c

An effective AI strategy combines robust tech, visionary leadership, and skill-building. Embrace agility, measure success, and focus on human benefits. This balanced approach ensures AI drives sustainable value, fostering innovation and adaptability. However, how can we ensure that our AI implementation strategy remains adaptable to future technological advancements while still aligning with our current organizational goals and maintaining a strong human-centered approach?

Really resonate with the takeaway to give employees an opportunity to redesign their jobs. This might be a good idea as part of their role so that they can find more value adding tasks for themselves, customer and org. Leaders need to associate the use of AI to something, or else fear is readily available right now for AI. Eg as Reshma mentioned that leaders need to shar ethe use of AI to manage a challenge which can be COVID, Lower growth in their business unit, consumer wanting lower price products etc. building into a story or else we are going to see an increase in unemployment rate like never before. By identifying areas of improvement one can create value for the consumer leading to creation of job. Thanks AI In Action IBM for the insights :)
