I always cringe when I see a video of myself, but after watching a few times, it takes me back to how I felt back in December when I was in Nashville for Barge Design Solutions Corporate Orientation. We had our Annual Meeting in Nashville this past weekend, where the entire Barge team (and our families) were invited for a weekend at Opryland! The weekend only got me more excited for what's to come. Main takeaways: 1. Ownership: While Barge is privately held, our stock has out-performed most companies on the NYSE over the past 3 years and growth projections don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. The ability to have ownership in the company you work for brings on a whole new level of excitement and authenticity to the day to day work. 2. Legacy: Barge's record of getting "selected when it matters the most" has led to an unbelievable portfolio of high profile projects around the Southeast. We are excited to continue that legacy here in South Carolina. 3. Impact: The work we do, whether it be for the private sector, state and local sector, or the federal government, has made a lasting impact on businesses, communities, patients, and our military.
