Did you know Atul and Sriharsha conducted 1500 user interviews before our platform even existed? ? That’s around 1125 HOURS of interviews ? It became insanely obvious that Hyperbound had the potential to tackle a problem that reps encounter every single day. Over and over again, they heard: ?? Reps had no way to get more at bats without risking qualified leads. ??? Leadership had trouble finding ways to adequately train and empower reps on the phone, especially in a remote environment. From that day forward, Sai and Atul made an explicit decision to use those stories / complaints / suggestions as the foundation of the Hyperbound platform you see today. Huge thank you to all 1500 people we’ve spoken to along that way that have helped shape Hyperbound into what it is today. It's not easy being early-stage co-founders. It's also a bit trickier when you are doing it with a very close friend. These guys have nailed it. And on top of that, what they are doing in the AI space for sales is on hyperdrive, not just hyperbound. Warp speed ahead! (Yes, I know, you don't need to tell me.)
