Mental health is not a joke. So many in this country and around the world suffer in silence because of the stigma surrounding mental health. Finding affordable mental health care is also difficult in these times. We as a society need to take action collectively and raise awareness for those who suffer. If we can’t do that, let us be kind to one another. Take time to listen. Show support. Offer a helping hand.
