I think one of the defining characteristics in my #career has been the way I look at problems. Growing up, I was always tinkering with something. Learning how it works, how to improve on it, or simply just wanting to fix it. Those were some of the funnest days growing up. Now when I have a problem, I always take a moment to think about it differently. Fun fact, when I do this, I actually sing the Missy Elliott lines: “Come on Is it worth it? Let me work it I put my thang down, flip it and reverse it Ti esrever dna ti pilf nwod gnaht ym tup i Ti esrever dna ti pilf nwod gnaht ym tup i” It always makes me smile. #missyE #flipitaround #problemsolving

Hey guys, Let's debunk this real quick, shall we? (#sorrynotsorry I had to put us on blast like this) The problem with most of us, #young people, is that we see the current version of someone we admire and we want that. Wanting or being inspired by that is not the problem. Most think that anything can be attributed to an "overnight success". #Instantgratification at its best. Most of us fall into patterns of #despair because "I have tried this 3 times it's failed!" or "I was turned down by someone" or better yet for those here on LinkedIn, "I have applied so many jobs and I keep getting rejected". Whether it's #jobhunting, working at a specific role/company or #building something of your own, the journey is the same. You can't skip the process!! There is nothing, I assure you, as overnight success. Unless it's inherited but still someone had to put the grind in to get that inheritance to amount to what it is today. The #process is the #learningpoint. Most people who have reached high levels of successes swear that if it was all taken away, they would still manage to build themselves up to the same point or even further if they had to do it all again. Also, It's time for those who have attained success to be more realistic in their advice. Instead of offering #clichés like "Just work hard" or "Keep trying" or the famous, "Ni kujaribu tu," let's provide #genuineguidance. Many young people look up to these individuals for #wisdom and #insight, yet often find them unwilling to share valuable advice (rightly or wrongly so). So, dear #youngreader, remember this: It doesn't happen overnight.#Try and #tryagain, #getrejected and #keepon. It may take TRYING A HUNDRED TIMES, but eventually, you'll master what once seemed insurmountable. Stay consistent?? and keep learning??. Do the work??. ??cc: Larry Madowo #doitanyway #doityourway #embracethejourney #keepgoing #youngadults #youthempowerment

Brené shared these words with her child as a reminder: showing up can be the bravest thing to do. This wisdom applies in all stages of your career. Don't FEAR learning, re-learning and un-learning; Just show up and you are already one step closer to your goal. Don't let DOUBTS hold you back. Choose to believe in yourself and take that first step towards your career goals. #CareerGrowth #LifeGoals #CareerDevelopment #PersonalDevelopment #GrowthMindset

???? *"Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity....!"* We often look at successful people and call them “ *lucky*.” It’s easy to assume they were in the right place at the right time, benefiting from circumstances beyond their control. But is luck really the random force we think it is? Or is it something far more deliberate? When we dig deeper, we find that so-called "lucky" individuals weren’t just passive recipients of good fortune—they were prepared. Luck, then, isn’t about chance. It’s about being prepared to act when life opens a door. *It’s staying disciplined even when you can’t see the payoff yet* . It’s putting in the hours, building your character, and making small, consistent improvements day after day. Instead of waiting for the stars to align, you create your own opportunities by staying ready for the moment they do. The truth is, luck is not something that just happens to us—it’s something we can actively cultivate. So, *if you want to be "lucky," start by preparing. Master your craft*. Take care of your mind and body. Stay curious and open to learning. The world is full of chances waiting to be taken, but only by those who are ready to take them. The question isn’t whether luck will come your way. The real question is: *Will you be ready when it does?* Have a Lucky day ! ??????????♀?????♀?????♂???♀?????????????

Hello everyone, I'd like to share a Kutty(small) story that I heard in my childhood days. But as I grew up, this story hit me differently. ?????? The story was about frogs and a canal. Once, all frogs jumped into the canal, and all of them came out except one. This particular frog couldn't climb out; it tried its best but couldn't manage it. All the other frogs told it, "You can't climb, you can't come out." But the one frog, with determination and a never-give-up attitude, eventually made it out. Why? Because it was deaf. It couldn't hear their words. Like this, we should ignore negative words. As we all know, our industries are highly competitive and fast-paced nowadays. With career gaps, we should put in extra effort to stand out amidst the competition. The key is to remain resilient and focused on your goals. Remember, success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts. It doesn't matter what others think; what matter is what you bring to the table. So, never listen to those words, keep pushing, and be a determined person who never give up on your career. #Happylearning #DataAnalyst #Fresher#Kuttystory01

Three Tiny Things I will do differently this new month 1?? Incorporate gratitude to my daily routine —> Enjoy every moment in life 2?? Create sustainable systems for my goals —> Instead of simply writing down goals, I will create systems that I can use to achieve the goals faster 3?? See previous failed goals as a pointer to areas of improvement —> Instead of beating myself up for failed goals, I would find out which areas could have been improved ??It is a new month, and you can do things differently too! Don’t forget to be kind to yourself Fun Fact: It’s been a minute on LinkedIn. How are you friend? I have been on a career path change, and needed some time off. P.S. What is that one thing you want to do differently this month?

What you say to yourself shapes everything. Didn’t get the job? “It wasn’t meant for me. Something better is coming.” Got laid off? “This is a turning point. What’s waiting for me will be worth the struggle.” Made a mistake? “That’s part of the journey. I’m learning and getting stronger with every step.” What you say to yourself in those quiet moments matters. It shapes how you rise after a fall. It fuels how you keep going when things feel tough. Choose words that lift you. You’re on the path to something greater. #WednesdayWisdom #Resilience #PowerOfWords

What if Our Careers Aren’t Just Work, But a Karmic Thread in Action? Pause for a moment and reflect. Why do the same challenges show up in our careers again and again? Why do we often face similar outcomes, no matter how much effort we put in? Why do we repeatedly find ourselves in familiar situations—with the same kind of people, conflicts, or opportunities? What if these patterns aren’t just coincidences? What if they’re a karmic thread, intricately woven into our professional lives? The Karmic Pattern of Work What we repeatedly experience in our careers carries a hidden lesson—a sign that something is unresolved, waiting to be understood and transcended. These aren’t roadblocks. They’re mirrors reflecting: Our belief systems Our unhealed parts And even our untapped potential Breaking Free Starts with Awareness Imagine the power of stepping back and asking ourselves: What is this pattern trying to teach us? Are we simply reacting or learning, growing, and evolving? How can we transform this cycle into an opportunity for growth and freedom? In every workplace challenge lies a deeper purpose—our karma pushing us towards awareness and growth. It’s not just about solving the problem; it’s about breaking the cycle and rewriting the story. So let’s ask ourselves: What professional situations do we find ourselves repeating? What threads need to be untangled? How will we step into the next chapter of our careers—not just with skills, but with clarity and intention? The path to resolving our karmic journey starts with curiosity and courage. What’s our next step? #StayCurious #PWFwithShrey #PassionWisdomCuriosity #ExploreBeyond #ThoughtLeadership #EmbraceTheUnknown #LifelongLearning #BreakBoundaries #PassionWisdomFusionWithShrey
