To me, the biggest difference through like 20 years of working in hotels and HPN actually wants to get to know you, wants to get to know their clients and really work to finding that merger and that relationship. It's not just like here's a deal and I'm out the door. They're very involved from start to finish and they really do always have both sides best interest at heart and I really just appreciate that. I every year book more and more business. And I think that's because of my dedication to the account and coming here and really making those relationships and the clients are fantastic. The business is there, they fill holes, They're short term, there's long term. You know, I'm from a really large property, so you really get the whole run of it and the Sky's the limit. And we all know that the hotel industry isn't going anywhere and meetings aren't going anywhere. So it's really nice to know that there's going to be a long term future with this. My recommendation for any new first timer is definitely make sure you're the single point of contact and definitely get out there and spend time with these people. I know it can be really hard your first conference. It's kind of like fish out of water. You're having to build relationships from scratch. But if you put the time in, put the effort in and really get to know these amazing people, like they wanna meet you back and it will pay off, I promise you. It just sometimes takes like a year or two. And build it. But what's that saying from Wayne's World? If you build it, they will come. And that's exactly how I feel with the HP account.
