Site A Total SF: 100,000 (75k storage, 25k parking) Rates: $1.20/sf storage, $0.40/sf parking Avg Rate: $1.00/sf Site B Total SF: 75,000 (storage only) Rate: $1.20/sf storage Parking: Available, not counted For me, I like to see the whole picture.
