We've talked a lot about your positive leadership style and how you are embracing people, taking ideas and running with them and you just guiding as opposed to dictating. I'm curious, are there other things that you can point to that you have instilled in the culture as a CEO's from some of those lessons that you learned early on? Yeah, I think to some degree you got you can't do everything yourself right and. You've got to trust. To hand things off and you've got to trust the leaders you have and we've been really fortunate hometown, I mean we definitely got lucky and brought on a lot of a lot of great team members. But leaders like Taylor Lynch, Chris Renz, Zach Biddle, Tim Brandt, you know and a lot of others that. I can give them some direction, you know, and sometimes no direction at all and I know they're going to take that ball and run with it and and do a really good job.
