Never stay at a Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy if anything goes wrong they will side with their partner. I was stranded on the streets of Mexico city, with a lock that did not work and stained towels - and all I got was an apology that was meaningless, my $25 cleaning fee back, and some points after I gave Marriott 1400 nights in my life time.
