This week, we celebrate Women in Construction! Women in Construction week was created to shine a spotlight on women in the industry for the purpose of celebrating and promoting the role of women in construction today. This photo of the Richmond chapter of The NAHB Professional Women in Building Council was taken during their playhouse build. The proceeds of this build were donated to Homes for HOPE and have been used to help hundreds of families break out of global poverty.
