The effectiveness of a school, specifically, the quality of teaching and learning does not solely depend on human resources, financial resources or material investments. Rather, it is deeply influenced by the #school’sculture, which is shaped and cultivated by the principal. The #schoolculture, in turn, is the most important factor in #schoolleadership, as it directly influences the overall environment and performance of the institution. It is the principal who is responsible for fostering this culture, and through their leadership, a school can either thrive or struggle.
