One of the most challenging part of any alteration project is the timeline and managing leaseholder’s expectations.? ? ? It is not uncommon for leaseholders to expect a Licence to be produced within a few days but unfortunately it is not quite that straightforward.? ? ?? We find that completion of the reporting stage is key to achieving a quick turnaround.? We can generally undertake an initial site visit within a few days of instruction and following that, we work closely with the project stakeholders, including leaseholders, architects, project managers, and interior designers, to collect all the details we need for the report. ? ? While it can be a challenge to get everyone on the same page, it’s worth the effort to ensure our reports are comprehensive and accurate – and this will ultimately mean a Licence can be produced quickly.? ??
