Work with the team to develop project solutions based on market knowledge and client objectives ? Coordinate documentation with consultants (structural, MEP, etc.) ? Collaborate with project team, clients, vendors, and consultants ? Resolve technical and design challenges ? Oversee production of drawings and specifications ? Ensure documents meet design intent and technical standards ? Manage submittals and address RFIs ? Communicate with building and permitting officials ? Contribute to project financial success ? Assist in drafting proposals and contracts ? Build and maintain client relationships ?? ?????????????????????????: ? Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent ? 8+ years of relevant project experience ? State licensure necessary ? Critical Facilities/Mission Control and/or data center experience or interest required ? Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with BIM360, Enscape, and AutoCAD beneficial ? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or SketchUp ? Familiarity with materials, construction techniques, and building codes ?
