This important initiative focused on developing comprehensive emergency management protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel on-site during large-scale projects. ??? During the session, we explored the critical aspects of EMERA, which are essential for creating a safety-first culture on every project site: ?? Escape: Strategizing effective escape routes from hazardous zones. ?? Muster: Identifying secure muster points for gathering teams during emergencies. ?? Evacuate: Designing seamless evacuation procedures to remove personnel from dangerous areas. ?? Rescue: Developing coordinated rescue plans for those in urgent need.
