This is terrible messed up interpretation of #passivehouse concept. Plainly wrong on so many levels. Don’t get me wrong : I support the #physics and use of passive house calculations fully - but it does not mean fixed windows, and zero alternatives for ventilation or occupant control - that’s poor design and promotes sick building syndrome. Where is #adaptability and #resilience in case of mechanical failure? None. Therefore Bad design. Poor climate resilience and human species survival margin narrowed further.
