Cost Controller Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Implement necessary procedures for cost control.Calculate F&B cost ratios and propose corrective actions.Manage the creation, updating, or deletion of items in the stock management software.Update supplier prices in the database.Assist all internal hotel stakeholders in defining and validating purchasing needs.Ensure competitive intelligence and regular benchmarking of suppliers and products/services in partnership with the Group Purchasing Department.Ensure that duty meal checks and F&B entertainment checks are processed in line with established procedures, preparing a daily entertainment report in the Income Auditor's absence.Calculate the cost of all recipes, inter-kitchen transfers, and food and beverage consumed by hotel employees.Oversee updates to F&B menu items in the POS system, maintaining independent control of restaurant and bar menus.Establish and enforce a min/max par stock management system, ensuring strict compliance by all relevant parties.Verify that all goods received and issued from the hotel's main stores are accurately documented and accounted for.Conduct daily and monthly food and beverage reconciliations using POS-generated sales analysis reports, explaining any discrepancies.Perform monthly physical inventory counts of warehouse and operational stocks, ensuring strict adherence to hotel procedures, with final balances reconciled against the general ledger.Prepare daily and monthly F&B cost reports, providing detailed analyses of exceptional variances, cost trends, slow-movin
