Throughout the history of business, major players were emerged through disruptive innovations. Once you become a major player with all the resources in your disposal, you cannot achieve disruptive innovation because you have to protect the interests of stakeholders. Therefore, disruptive innovations by nature can only be done by startups. My advice to major players: Focus on sustaining/efficiency innovations while working closely with startups as equal partners #Innovation_Paradox
