"What do you mean by that?" Can you recognise the above question? In marketing we have a lot of terms, and acronyms, but do we all understand them the same way? ?? I constantly have to ask clients and/or colleagues, what they exactly mean. Some of it is due to my rather technical approach, where I need to understand the reasoning and the goal behind the action/task, rather than just the task itself ?? aaaand some of it is merely a matter of words having more than just one meaning ??
