Thankfully I am now past the menstruation period of my life, but even so find this description demeaning for women - we are far ?more than ‘menstruators’.?

Menstruators? Do you mean women? If you erase the word women you are alienating your target audience.?

Does this include me? I'm a woman of reproductive age but right now am not menstruating due to the method of birth control I'm on. Thanks!
