For 105 years, The American Legion has served the veteran community with unwavering dedication. Today, this revered Grouper partner has 2 million members across 12,103 Posts nationwide. In 2021, the Legion introduced Be The One, an initiative focused on mental health awareness and suicide prevention, aiming to empower Legionnaires to connect with fellow veterans and guide them to essential support. Creating any kind of a cultural shift in an organization as large and as old as The American Legion requires leadership.
