I am excited for the series to start and have a few questions I would love to ask you, Jenny Esno: 1. How will AI impact the language industry for years to come? 2. Can LSP's staff influence clients' decision-making when selecting the services? 3. How should skilled professionals (interpreters) navigate the industry changes and the impact AI has?

Insightful, Looking forward to this series, my question: the effect of the newly agences and vendors entering the industery recently providing low quality services to the health care agencies and also low salaries for the interpreters without a training. their negative effect on both the healthcare system and also on the fresh entry level interpreters.

This sounds like such a fun series! Here’s my question: How do you balance the need to educate clients on the nuances of language access with delivering a top-tier service experience? And, in the last five years, what changes have you noticed in how your clients approach language access challenges?
