My goal when I started Sober Sidekick by Empathy Health Tech was not to start a digital health company. That was an accident. I just wanted to stay sober, and maybe a few people will use it to help themselves on their own journey. I knew that I am only alive because the right people showed up for me at the right time. And I wanted to create a world where that is no longer up to chance. I was also teaching myself to code, so I thought the best case scenario at the time was this work led to me being able to get a job in tech. As of now, Sober Sidekick by Empathy Health Tech has more than a half million members. Over a thousand people are joining the platform daily. We’re in Google Plays top health and fitness apps in 5 countries including the US. We believe our members represent the most epic wave of real life comeback stories the world will ever see.
